On 30th September 2022, the TMIMT’s BBA students headed towards India’s renowned dairy brand factory, Parag Dairy Ltd., in Dalpatpur, Moradabad. In order to provide holistic development to the students, the Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) arranged this industrial visit. Besides, the main purpose of the visit includes:
- To make students aware of the Dairy Production process.
- To provide a glimpse of various departments like the Power and Supply Section, Maintenance Section, Refrigeration Section, Air Compressor Section, Boiler House, etc.
- Besides, other departments include the Separation Department, Milk Process Department, Quality Assurance and Inspection Department, Packaging Department, Ghee and Khoha Section, Risen and RCM Section, CAN MCC Section, Dispatch Section, Storage Section, Kheer and Paneer Section, and many more.
- About the production and management of various products under one roof, including Double Toned, Tonned, Full Cream, Sweet Milk, Chhach (Namkeen), Mathaa, Curd, Kheer, Paneer, etc.
AK Singh, Plant Head and General Manager, Parag Dairy Ltd, addressed the visit along with Production Head Parveen Singh. The quality and control department team of the organisation guided the visit. It was a great learning experience, both in terms of business and engineering aspects. Over 100 students attended the visit, and Vivek Birla, Roma Khanna, Ria Mukherjee, and Pankaj Kumar were the following faculties who accompanied students during the visit.
