Documents to be uploaded with Application Form

  1. Self attested copies of the following documents are to be uploaded on the portal for applying in Ph.D Programme:-
    • Matriculation marksheet
    • Matriculation certificate
    • 10+2 marksheet
    • 10+2 certificate
    • Graduation marksheets
    • Graduation degree
    • Post-graduation marksheets
    • Post-graduation degree
    • M.Phil. marksheets (if applicable)
    • M.Phil. degree (if applicable)
    • Any National Level test qualifying certificate.
    • Any other educational qualification certificate
    • All experience certificates
    • SC /ST /PH /OBC /Minority certificate, (if applicable)
  2. No Objection Certificate from Head of the department/institution, (if applicant is employed)
  3. Any other relevant information/publication.
  4. Colour photograph.
  5. TRAT fee of Rs.2,000/- is to be paid online .
Note:
  • The original documents shall be required to be produced at the time of First CRAC Meeting in the Colleges for verification.
  • Candidates who have qualified UGC-NET (including JRF)/CSIR UGC-NET (including JRF)/SLET/GATE/GPAT/CEED/ICAR/Teacher fellowship holder or have passed M. Phil. Programme and similar National level tests qualified applicants are exempt from appearing in the TRAT.
