National Cadet Corps & National Service Scheme
The National Cadet Corps (NCC) and National Service Scheme (NSS) at TMIMT play a vital role in shaping students into disciplined, socially responsible, and service-oriented citizens. Through a wide range of training programmes, community outreach initiatives, and nation-building activities, students develop leadership, teamwork, self-confidence, and a strong sense of civic responsibility.
Key Activities
Participation in NCC Annual Training Camps (ATC), Combined Annual Training Camps (CATC), National Integration Camps (NIC), Adventure Camps, and Special Camps.
NSS Special Camps focusing on rural development, community engagement, and social welfare.
Community outreach programmes in villages and urban communities.
Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, cleanliness drives, and plastic-free campus campaigns.
Tree plantation drives and environmental sustainability initiatives.
Blood donation camps, health check-up camps, and health & hygiene awareness programmes.
Road safety, traffic awareness, cyber safety, and voter awareness campaigns.
Women empowerment, gender sensitization, and legal awareness programmes.
Observance of International Yoga Day, Fit India Movement, Constitution Day, Independence Day, Republic Day, and other national events.
