About CTLD
Established in 2019, the Centre for Teaching, Learning & Development (CTLD) bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world applications, fostering holistic growth for students, faculty, and staff. It aims to empower individuals by providing tailored programs that promote both personal and professional development.
In today's competitive job market, academic excellence alone is insufficient. Employers increasingly prioritise candidates with strong soft skills, adaptability, and interpersonal abilities. Recognizing this shift, Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU) established the Centre for Teaching, Learning & Development (CTLD) to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and essential professional competencies.

The objective of CTLD is to focus on fostering holistic development across various domains, which include the development of Behavioral skills in faculty and staff, enhancing soft skills and grooming the personality of students, building quantitative aptitude among students, strengthening their reasoning ability, and improving their verbal communication skills.
