I am obliged to the Centre of Teaching Learning & Development (CTLD) dept. of our university, who supported me while I was trying to find my way to be a professional. One time, I had lost my confidence, but Jasmine Ma'am (Trainer) helped me out, and I started gaining the confidence that helped me in my Technical Interview. There was a time I couldn't solve Maths; I feared my company interviews wouldn't go well due to it, but Tarun Sir taught me so well that I understood the concepts, and now I love to solve the Aptitude set. I am immensely thankful to all the CTLD Department members & the University for establishing such a department for the students. They helped me in all ways by providing online lectures, guidance with full dedication and personalized attention.

It was my immense luck and fortune to be a part of the CTLD department at Teerthanker Mahaveer University, where I have grown as a professional. The entire faculty and department leave no stone unturned to shape one's future. Tremendous respect, love, and devotion for the entire faculty members and department & the university. It's credible to say that even the pandemic couldn't stop our faculty members from providing us with a regular dose of studies through online classes. Regularly our aptitude tests were conducted, with proper & personalized feedback and soft skills sessions have really to help us all. I’d like to give a huge thanks to CTLD department and their trainers who helped me to develop my personality to be able to work in the IT industry confidently. To be honest, I didn’t even know about the importance of soft skills and about the communication process. I consider myself fortunate that I got the opportunity to learn and evolve with their guidance. My journey at TEERTHANKER MAHAVEER UNIVERSITY for the last 4 years was really amazing. I strongly believe that determination and moral support is required to achieve anything in life. During my bachelor's and master's that moral support and guidance I got from the CTLD department. Many trainers and educators passed through our life without remembrance. Yet, a special few leave a lasting impression, and the CTLD department is one of them. Thank you for being truly outstanding trainers and for providing me with all the knowledge and moral support. It gave me a platform to grow myself as well as to understand the potentials that were hidden inside me. They boost up my confidence and taught me a lot of things that always give me a clear vision in all of the competitive exams, interviews, and also in my professional life. During my two years of post graduation I strongly believe that there exists determination and moral support to achieve anything in life. I would like to specially highlight the environment of IT, where faculty members turned out to be good potters and we, mere clay who were being wonderfully shaped into fine pieces of artwork. I never had enough courage to bring the best in me but as I had interactions with the CTLD I developed guts and this is what helped me achieve great success. My experience at Faculty of Engineering TMU has been very wonderful till now. It has been four years since I have joined the college and I have learnt a lot, not just academically but in all other aspects of career development. Faculty members have been supportive throughout. I would be always grateful to CTLD department for giving me a multi-dimensional learning by providing the apt mix of academics, industry exposure, attitude and leadership. CTLD department arrange special classes in each semester conducted by experienced trainers which made me improve interview facing techniques, soft skill development, Aptitude skills, better corporate understandings and trainers of CTLD department are always ready to help the students in any case either it is related to soft skills or aptitude. The aim of every Engineering student is to get an opportunity to start their career with a reputed organization and develop their skills and I am thankful to the ‘CTLD department’ and ‘Training and Placement Cell’ for providing me this opportunity to be placed in ‘Wipro’ with a package of 3.5LPA. The all time support and motivation has enlightened me throughout this wonderful journey.

Teerthanker Mahaveer University is a place that gave wings to my dreams. At the very outset I would like to express my heartiest thanks to the CTLD (Centre for Teaching, Learning and Development) department for polishing and showcasing my skills during my final year of BCA. It gave me a platform to push myself as well to understand my potentials that was hidden inside me. The classes really proved to be very effective in such a way that it has provided me an opportunity to learn, grow and to boost up my confidence. The pre-placement activities were highly productive as it gave me a clear vision for facing interviews. Whole heartedly I would also like to thank all the teachers of CTLD department for guiding and supporting me throughout the interview process. The faculty is really very kind and approachable when any need arises. I got trained in such a way that I'm placed in one of the reputed company with a handsome package. CTLD was introduced by TMU as an initiative to encourage students and to develop the soft skills which would not only help us all in our upcoming professional careers but also bring out the positive aspects in our personality.. as an introvert I can safely say that after attending only a few classes in the course as of now, I have felt a small but noticable shift in my social skills. The classes have managed to provoke my thought process to view my ownself and the social interactions in a new light.The CTLD program has given me the tools to emerge out of my shell and be a more active participant in my conscious personality growth. The persistent guidance of Mrs Alka Dayal Ma’am has acted as a beacon of light in my personal development. Not only has she been attentive but also extremely patient while fulfilling her responsibility to all of us. This initiative of teaching the students soft skills and polishing their personality was a thoughtful attempt by the University, which not only shows their dedication to the students but also brings out the sense of responsibility TMU shoulders in ensuring a bright future fo us all. The faculty involved in the programme has shown by their sincere involvement the sense of duty they carry to help in our personal growth which will prove beneficial in the long run even after we pass out from the University. I can’t stress enough on the uniqueness and creativity of the CTLD programme which I personally believe was an applaud worthy step by the University which I will be proud to call my own And knowing that the tough situations I will come across, will become a little more manageable with the learnings of this programme; I would like to thank TMU for this commendable and student progressive approach.

CTLD is the course for exploring the ideas of positive attitude that related to how to integrate character development through feedback in positive, respectable and encouraging manner that develop resilience and self-efficacy. I got to learn about some amazing techniques about practical application of positive behavior and enlightened with me about so many positive approaches which I will definitely apply both as human and as health care worker. CTLD course has helped me to learn through examples about various soft- skills and employability skills that are required. The instructors of the course Mr.Atul Dayal sir and Mr.Rajneesh Tiwari sir were really open minded, supportive, cute nature, and great at building confidence in students. I was shy person in the beginning but now I am confident for saying anything. Thank you so much for this wonderful course and to all those involved in the creation of this wonderful learning experience.

It has been lucky for me a part of the Centre of teaching & Learning department (CTLD) also thankful for Teerthanker Mahaveer University to offers and made a more memorizing and interesting soft skills course in our curriculum. The curriculum of the syllabus is well - structured and more interesting activities for learning and improving myself. The soft skill trainer Mr. ATUL DAYALare the person who trained me and my entire batchmates to for preparing future challenges in the job recruitment and enhancing my soft skills and they have the ability to teaches every student with enthusiastic and polite way which can made a more ease to understand every lesson which they teach in a lecture. I am glad & thankful for the Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU) who made this department in our campus which helps to the student to be different from other universities in a society and a profession I am lucky TMUian. Also thankful for CTLD department who provide one of the gems of his department to polished my soft skills and made me more precious in the society demand. Also thankful for Atul Dayal Sir who always help me to enhance my soft skills which I can easily handle every difficult situation in a very simple and systematic manner. He also boosts my ability to ne different from others and help me to public speaking with a positive attitude.

The CTLD program is an excellent addition to my bachelor's program and has opened up so many new career possibilities for me. I have learnt that soft skills have their own importance, during the interview it plays the vital role. In the course, we were taught the importance of communication skills, Conflict Management , Group discussion, Resume writing, Personal interview and have been practicing many mock interviews also .We were also helped in Goal setting and how to focus on Goal . By learning and doing these skills I am now more confident and have better personality now. The department also conducted workshops among which Personality development workshop by Prof. R.N Krishnia Sir was amazing. All credit goes to our mentor Vipin Sir. He is always ready to help us no matter what the time is.

The Teerthanker Mahaveer University has provided me the opportunity to fulfill my career aspirations and dreams. The CTLD program has pushed me to grow as a leader and mentor. I am very thankful to our CTLD mentor Mr. Atul Dayal sir who has teaches us how to tackle any problem that we can faces in modern day and during in workspace. My experience at Teerthanker Mahaveer University ,CTLD department went so well that I am currently looking into obtaining more knowledge about program managing self to enhance my career further. He teaches many things most important how to deal with problems and most how to present yourself in front of others . I’m very thankful to him.

For decades I have been trying to enhance my personality but as a doctor I found it difficult at certain levels to make time to work upon myself. CTLD (Centre for Teaching Learning &development) programme helped me to overcome with my weak areas. It helped me to enhance my communication skills, mental ability, confidence. In addition to this our trainer Mr.Sagar Pratap Singh and Mr. Avinash Yadav worked hard with us to acknowledge ourselves and develop various qualities that includes leadership qualities, decision making skills, etc. The programme helped to know how to work in a competitive environment and how to deal with certain situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
