Analysis of placement statistics for passed out batches.

  • Names of Companies visited.
  • Number of students Placed.
  • Analysis of the response of Companies towards students and implementation of new plans for next session
  • Analysis of the Feedback given by companies visited.
  • Fixation of enhanced training programs for new batches
  • Categorization of Companies for UG/ PG/ Diploma Batches.
  • Identification of areas of Improvement and alignment of training programs.
2 July - August Fixation of placement drive tentative schedules for BBA, BCOM, MBA passing out batches of TMIMT.
3 August-September
  • Update on Website (placement data).
  • Sending invitations to corporate for conducting selection process for all students.
  • Announcement of tentative list of companies conducting selection processes in current year.
  • Enrolments of students interested for placements through Online/ERP/Manual mode (This we should start partially in July &August).
  • Fixation of Training Schedules for skills Gap with CTLD Programs like Boot Camp to Start
  • Preparation of resumes and allocation of training programs as per current needs of employers looking at each Job Description.
  • Guest / Expert Lectures plan and execution of one lecture per course.
4 October
  • Industry Visit for Engineering branches and basic Sciences.
  • Industry Visit for Pharmacy Courses.
  • Expert Lectures as per the plan.2
5 November Review of training plan with CTLD.
6 December
  • Finalization of data of students and companies, for Recruitment Drives from January onwards.
  • Issuing guidelines for students and placement procedure and protocols.
7 January –March
  • Conducting HR Conclave
  • Extensive industry visit especially companies in Delhi/NCR and other job industry zones for exploring opportunities for off campus / on campus placements.
  • Explore possibilities of summer internships, live projects, work assignments for pre final year students.
8 January-May
  • Conducting campus recruitment drives focusing on high package companies for students.
  • Organizing remaining Expert Lectures.
  • Offer letter / Appointment Letters distribution by companies-for Placed Batch.
  • Thanks letters to Companies and sharing of feedback.
  • Database Updating for next year placements.
  • Joining of Students.
