CUET 2024 Application Form, Syllabus, Exam Pattern, and Subjects

The CUET UG 2024 application form is available at cuetug.ntaonline.in, according to the National Testing Agency (NTA). Candidates may complete the online application. The registration deadline for CUET UG 2024 is March 26, 2024, at 11:50 p.m. CUET 2024 is available for application online.

Students are required to access the official website and complete the application forCUET2024. Candidates should confirm that they meet the requirements for CUET 2024 eligibility before completing the application. The number of subject options has been lowered from ten to six to facilitate the efficient administration of the test and evaluation. From May 15 to May 31, 2024, NTA will administer the CUET 2024 exam. The exam will have a combination of several formats. For subjects with more than 1.5 lakh registrations, the exam would be administered using the pen-and-paper method.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), a nationwide entrance exam, to candidates for admission to a range of undergraduate and graduate programmes. The CUET 2024 exam must be taken to pursue UG programmes at all central institutions and all CUET-participating universities.


New Features in CUET UG:

  • Revision of the CUET UG 2024 online fee.
  • Hybrid mode for the exam, including pen-and-paper and computer-based formats.
  • Single-shift exam for subjects with high registrations, with no normalisation process for such sessions.
  • Reduction in subject choices from ten to six, encompassing two languages, three domain subjects, and a general test.

When is the CUET 2024 exam?

The CUET 2024 examination is set to occur between May 15 and May 31, 2024. The National Testing Agency has officially announced the exam dates for both CUET UG and CUET PG. To maximise their CUET score, candidates should stay updated on the CUET exam date and prepare accordingly. The application form for CUET UG 2024 has been released on cuetug.ntaonline.in.

The NTA has released the information bulletin for CUET 2024. This bulletin contains details regarding the CUET examination process, admission procedures, and application details. Aspirants can access this information online after the release of the CUET 2024 notification.

CUET UG 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates who wish to appear for the CUET UG 2024 examination must fill out the CUET application form. Before registration, candidates must ensure they meet the CUET eligibility criteria, as failure to do so will result in the cancellation of their candidature.

According to the CUET eligibility criteria, there is no age limit for applying to CUET UG. Please refer to the following to understand the CUET eligibility criteria:

  • Students who have cleared the class 12th or equivalent examination or are appearing in 2024, regardless of their age, can appear for the CUET 2024 exam.
  • Students must fulfill the age criteria (if any) of the university to which they are seeking admission.

CUET-UG 2024 Application Form:

The National Testing Agency (NTA) made the application form for CUET 2024 available on February 27, 2024, on the official website, cuetug.ntaonline.in. Students must visit the official website to fill out the CUET application form 2024 upon its release. They must register on the portal by providing the necessary details and complete the procedure by submitting the application fee and required documents.   • Scanned photograph (size: 10 kb to 200 kb; format: JPG/JPEG with 80% face without mask)
  • Scanned signature (size: 4 kb to 30 kb; format: JPG/JPEG)
  • Scanned copy of category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, etc.) (size: 50 kb to 300 kb; format: PDF)
  • Scanned copy of the PwBD certificate (size: 50 kb to 300 kb; format: PDF) *If applicable

  • Open the official website, cuetug.ntaonline.in.
  • Complete the CUET registration for the year 2024 by providing your personal information, including your name, address, and contact details.
  • The login credentials will be generated and dispatched to the registered email address and mobile number.
  • Utilise the login credentials provided by NTA to complete the CUET application form.
  • Upload the required documents, such as scanned images of a photograph and signature, in the prescribed format.
  • Pay the required application fees online.
  • Take printouts of the filled-out application form for future reference.

CUET UG 2024 Exam Pattern

The CUET UG 2024 examination will be conducted in a hybrid manner. Subjects with the highest number of registrants will be conducted in OMR format. Applicants will have the option to select a maximum of six subjects for the CUET examination. Students can verify the organisation of CUET by examining the distribution of questions in each segment as well as the duration of the exam.
