On the occasion of World Yoga Day, College of Nursing organised a yoga session for the college students as well as faculty members. Students usually ignore health and this leads to various health issues. Keeping this in mind, a 60 minute Yoga Session by the experts was organised in which the importance of Physical Fitness was articulated. Students including the faculty members performed asanas and promised to continue it in their daily life. It was interesting to watch people working on their health collectively.
