Moradabad, 22 August 2025 — Under the aegis of the Police Training Directorate, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, a special training programme was organised at the RTC Reserve Police Line, Moradabad, where Prof. (Dr.) Pankaj Kumar Singh, Director of the Centre for Teaching, Learning and Development (CTLD), Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU), delivered an impactful lecture on “Prevention of Emotional and Mental Stress” to traffic police personnel and trainee constables.

The session, attended by senior officials, police personnel, and over 1000 trainee constables, formed a vital part of the police recruitment training programme aimed at enhancing the efficiency and mental resilience of the force.

Objective of the Programme

The key objective of the training was to familiarise police personnel with techniques for:

  • Building mental resilience
  • Maintaining emotional balance
  • Adopting effective stress management practices

This initiative sought to prepare police officers to carry out their challenging duties with greater composure, discipline, and confidence.

Inspirational Message for Trainee Constables

At the conclusion of his lecture, Prof. Singh delivered a powerful message to the young recruits:
“Do not consider stress as a challenge, rather learn the art of managing it. Only a strong, balanced, and positive police officer can truly serve society.”

Senior traffic police officials extended gratitude to Prof. Singh by presenting him with a bouquet and memento.
