TMU Organises Women Empowerment Talk Under Mission Shakti 5.0
Moradabad: The Teerthanker Mahaveer Institute of Management and Technology (TMIMT), College of Management, a constituent of Teerthanker Mahaveer University, successfully organised a Women Empowerment Talk titled “Empowered Women, Empowered Nation” under Mission Shakti 5.0 on 13th April 2026.
The session aimed to create awareness about the pivotal role of women in nation-building while inspiring students—especially young women—to embrace leadership, education, and self-reliance.
Focus on Women's Empowerment and Leadership
The programme was designed to highlight the importance of empowering women through education and active participation in societal development. It also aligned with the broader vision of Mission Shakti 5.0, which emphasises safety, dignity, and independence for women.

The highlight of the programme was an expert lecture delivered by Dr Madhubala Tyagi, Principal of Kaushalya Kanya Inter College. She shared valuable insights on women's empowerment, education, and leadership, encouraging students to adopt a proactive approach towards personal and professional growth.
