TMU Organises Women Empowerment Talk on Psychological Strength Under Mission Shakti 5.0
Moradabad: The Teerthanker Mahaveer Institute of Management and Technology (TMIMT), College of Management, a constituent of Teerthanker Mahaveer University, organised an insightful Women Empowerment Talk under Mission Shakti 5.0 on 14th April 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Titled “Rewiring the Mind: The Psychology of Women's Empowerment,” the session focused on the psychological dimensions of empowerment, encouraging female students to build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self-worth in today’s dynamic social environment.
Emphasising Psychological Empowerment
The programme highlighted the importance of mental strength and emotional intelligence as key drivers of women’s empowerment. It aimed to create awareness about how psychological factors influence confidence, decision-making, and personal growth among women.
