TMU Organises Poster Competition: “Break the Chains, Raise Your Voice”
Teerthanker Mahaveer University’s College of Fine Arts successfully organised a poster competition on 25 November 2025 under the banner of Mission Shakti, an initiative aimed at empowering women and promoting gender equality. The event revolved around the theme “Break the Chains, Raise Your Voice”, encouraging students to address issues of women’s safety, injustice, and societal stereotypes through creative expression.
The competition provided a platform for participants to showcase their artistic talent while promoting awareness about women’s empowerment. The theme highlighted the importance of breaking free from societal constraints and raising voices to demand justice and equality.
Objectives of the Program
The poster competition was designed with the following objectives:
- Raise Awareness on Women’s Empowerment and Safety: Educating students and the community on the importance of safeguarding women’s rights.
- Encourage Speaking Up Against Injustice: Motivating girls and women to vocalise their concerns and resist violence.
