TMU Organises Interactive Session on “Celebrating Achievements of Women Achievers”
The Women Empower Cell of Teerthanker Mahaveer University College of Engineering (TMUCOE) organised an Interactive Session on “Celebrating Achievements of Women Achievers” on 28 November 2025. The event aimed to highlight the extraordinary accomplishments of women across various fields and encourage students to reflect on gender equality, empowerment, and ethical responsibility.
The session inspired participants through motivating stories of perseverance, courage, and excellence, empowering them to realise their potential and contribute to a more inclusive campus environment.
Objective of the Program
The event began with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, symbolising the spread of knowledge, empowerment, and enlightenment.

The Dean of the Faculty of Engineering delivered a thoughtful address, acknowledging the immense contributions of women in diverse fields and encouraging students to draw inspiration from their journeys. - Keynote Address
A distinguished academician and social activist from the Moradabad region delivered the keynote lecture. Through engaging case studies, relatable examples, and an interactive presentation, she highlighted the brilliance and resilience of women achievers.
She emphasised ethical living, moral values, and personal responsibility, stating that societal transformation begins when individuals commit to righteousness, respect women, and reject unethical behaviour. - Poetic Tribute by Dr Sandeep Verma
Adding a creative element to the event, the Head of the Humanities Department presented a beautifully composed poem celebrating women’s accomplishments and contributions.
A memento was presented to the keynote speaker by the Dean as a symbol of appreciation for her valuable insights.
Event Coordination
The session proceeded smoothly under the efficient anchoring of Kumari Priyanshi and Tanu Priya, students of B.Tech CSE (I Year).
The event was excellently coordinated by Dr Indu Tripathi, incharge of the Women Empowerment Cell, TMUCOE.
The presence of Dr Alka Verma, Mr Rahul Vishnoi, various Heads of Departments, Coordinators, and faculty members added great significance to the programme.
Conclusion
The interactive session on “Achievements of Women Achievers” successfully fulfilled its objective of celebrating women’s contributions and inspiring students to pursue excellence. Participants left the venue motivated to recognise their strengths, uphold ethical conduct, and contribute to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and just environment on campus.
