TMU Organised Expert Session on Career Readiness and Placement Preparation
Teerthanker Mahaveer University, through its Centre for Teaching, Learning and Development (CTLD), organised an expert session on Career Readiness and Placement Preparation on 3rd October 2026. The session was conducted in association with Naandi Foundation and aimed to help pre-final-year and final-year students prepare for upcoming placement opportunities.
The online session was led by Ms Bharti Chadda, Executive Soft Skills Trainer – Mahindra Pride Classroom. She shared practical guidance on resume building, professional communication, career planning and the important skills students needed to prepare for recruitment.
264 Students Registered for the Session
The session received registrations from 264 students across different colleges and academic programmes of TMU. A total of 80 students attended the online programme. Participants represented courses such as B.Tech, MBA, B.Pharm, MCA, BBA, B.Sc. and other programmes.
The session provided students with an opportunity to understand the basic requirements of placement preparation and learn how to present themselves professionally during the recruitment process.
Director CTLD Encouraged Students to Prepare for Their Careers
During the session, Prof. Dr Pankaj Kumar Singh, Director, CTLD, addressed the students and highlighted the importance of continuous learning and professional development. He encouraged students to develop the right skills, build confidence and start preparing for placements well before completing their courses.
