TMU Launches NCC Girls Wing: Historic Beginning with Enthusiastic Student Participation
Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU) witnessed a landmark moment with the formal launch of the NCC (National Cadet Corps) Girls Wing under the 9th UP Girls Battalion. This long-awaited initiative fulfils the demand of students, opening new avenues of discipline, leadership, and service for young women.

The first screening for the NCC Girls Wing at TMU drew an enthusiastic response, with more than 80 female students from various colleges of the university participating eagerly. Out of these, 15 seats have been designated for the unit. The screening process involved physical efficiency assessments and other evaluation criteria to ensure fair selection.
