TMU Hosts “Shakti Samanvay – Harmony of Power” Cultural Celebration

Moradabad, 30th September 2025:
The Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques, College of Paramedical Sciences, Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU), organised a grand and spiritual cultural programme titled “Shakti Samanvay – Harmony of Power.”

The event highlighted the divinity and strength of women through creative, devotional, and artistic performances by students. A total of 65 female students and 138 male students from DMLT, B.Sc. MLT, M.Sc. MLT and research scholars participated actively. The presence of faculty members, students, and distinguished guests added grace to the occasion.

Highlights of the Event

  • The programme commenced with a traditional welcome dance, setting an atmosphere of joy and reverence.
  • A powerful performance titled “9 Divine Forms of Goddess Durga” artistically portrayed the courage, compassion, wisdom, and strength of the Goddess in her nine manifestations.
  • Devotional songs and bhajans elevated the spiritual mood of the audience, connecting them deeply with the essence of divinity.
  • A thematic stage play presented values of truth, justice, and humility, leaving a profound impact on spectators.
  • The Ramleela performance brought alive the ideals and life lessons of Lord Rama, moving the audience emotionally.
  • The celebration concluded with a vibrant Dandiya dance, where students and faculty members enthusiastically joined in, creating a memorable atmosphere of unity, joy, and cultural pride.

Guests of Honour

The event was graced by Prof. (Dr.) Seema Awasthi, Head of Pathology, as the Chief Guest, and Prof. Sushil Kumar Singh, Principal of the College of Law and Legal Studies & Chief Proctor of TMU, as the Guest of Honour.

They praised the students’ creativity and applauded the efforts of the organising committee. Prof. (Dr.) Navneet Kumar (Principal, College of Paramedical Sciences), Prof. (Dr.) Ruchi Kant and other faculty members were also present, motivating the participants.

The event was coordinated successfully by Dr Shivsharan Singh, Dr Varsha Rajput, Mr Shivam Agarwal, Mr Baijnath Das, Ms Sakshi Bisht, Mr Saurabh Singh, and Mr Yogesh Kumar.

The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Prof. (Dr.) Ruchi Kant, expressing gratitude to guests, participants, and organisers.
