Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU), Moradabad, successfully organised the 17th session of the Leadership Talk Series (LTS) on 28th November 2025, centred on the theme “How to Find a Purpose in Professional Life.” The session was delivered by Dr Nanditesh Nilay, one of India’s most influential contemporary thought leaders, a visionary speaker, acclaimed columnist, and author, widely respected for his work on human values, leadership, and ethics.

The programme witnessed an overwhelming response from students, faculty members, and senior administrators, transforming the University Auditorium into a vibrant forum of intellectual reflection and inspiration. Lamp Lighting Ceremony Marks Auspicious Beginning

The event commenced with a solemn Lamp Lighting Ceremony, symbolising the triumph of knowledge over ignorance. The ceremonial lamp was jointly lit by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. V. K. Jain, Dr Nanditesh Nilay, Guest of Honour Dr Karuna Jain, Dean–Faculty of Nursing Prof. S. P. Subhashni, Director–IQAC Prof. Nishith Kumar Mishra, and Associate Dean–Academics Prof. Amit Kansal. The ceremony set a reflective and inspiring tone for the session.
