Through meaningful dialogues and expressive performances, the participants highlighted how ragging can damage confidence, affect mental well-being, and disrupt academic focus. The Nukkad Natak served as a strong reminder that ragging is a punishable offence and must be opposed collectively by the student community.

Poster-Making Activity Highlights Student Creativity

A poster-making activity further strengthened the TMIMT Anti Ragging Awareness campaign. Students created thought-provoking posters with messages such as “Stop Ragging,” “Respect Everyone,” and “Build a Safe Campus.”

These posters were displayed in prominent areas of the college, encouraging students to uphold discipline, empathy, and responsible behaviour. The activity helped spread awareness visually and inspired a positive cultural shift among peers.

The event received recognition from leading newspapers, which covered the activities and acknowledged TMIMT’s effort in promoting TMIMT Anti Ragging Awareness. The media appreciated the university’s continuous commitment to ensuring student safety through awareness programmes, creative campaigns, and proactive measures.

The news reports specifically highlighted how the Nukkad Natak and posters effectively conveyed anti-ragging messages and contributed to building a safe and supportive campus environment.

Institutional Commitment Toward a Ragging-Free Campus

The TMIMT Anti Ragging Awareness initiative reinforced the institution’s zero-tolerance policy toward ragging. Through activities, discussions, and visual awareness tools, the campaign encouraged students to speak up against misconduct and support each other.

The institution emphasised that any form of ragging—verbal, physical, or emotional—will not be tolerated and encouraged students to immediately report any incident. The programme also promoted stronger interaction, understanding, and cooperation among juniors and seniors.

Conclusion
