TMIMT- Top Management College in Uttar Pradesh for its Placements
Teerthanker Mahaveer Institute of Management & Technology (TMIMT), Moradabad, given current circumstances of the pandemic, organized placement drive online for 2020-21.
Teerthanker Mahaveer University's management college has always been innovative in its methods to reach the required results making TMIMT one of the top management college in Uttar Pradesh for it’s placement records. It’s current initiative to organize online recruitment & Placement round has completely demonstrated why it’s the best management institute in U.P. for students.
The virtual Placement was attended by one of the internationally recognized companies Jaro Education PVT. LTD. The online recruitment process was equally challenging for the students. Three students from the TMIMT's MBA, BBA, and B.Com programmes got selected in the final round.
The company's HR manager, Ms. Lovi Shukla, oversaw all the rounds like the interview, test, group discussion, etc., through online means. The assessment for the correct individual fit for the company was tuff. The chosen student from the MBA programme Prerit Jain received a package of 6.06 lakh for the probation period, and upon clearing the period successfully, the package will be 8.46 lakh per anum.
Similarly, BBA student Rishabh Verma and B.com student Nikhil Pal received graduate trainee position with a three month probation period and a package of 4.80 lakh. After successful completion of the probation period, the yearly package would be 6.60 lakh for the two.
The students will be given training before joining the company.
TMIMT's relentless efforts to provide the best for the students have brought it an immense success even during these distressful times of the pandemic. All three students were presented with the offer letters for their concerned roles. The college and the university are proud of their achievement.
