Real Corporate Experience Through Structured Rounds

The Samarthya Bodh at TMIMT included multiple stages designed to simulate an actual recruitment process. On Day 1, students attended an expert session by Mr Manoj Verma, Founder and Managing Director of Techsteps Pvt. Ltd. He shared valuable insights about corporate expectations, management roles, and interview preparation. He also emphasised that having a degree alone was not enough; skills, attitude, and continuous learning were equally important.

After the session, students appeared for a Written Assessment Test that covered aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and business knowledge. Out of 80 participants, 58 students qualified for the next stage on the same day.

On Day 2, the shortlisted students took part in the Group Discussion round. Their communication skills, leadership qualities, and clarity of thought were carefully evaluated. From this round, 49 students advanced to the final stage, which included HR and Management interviews.

The final interviews were conducted by a panel of experts who assessed candidates based on their overall personality, communication, and decision-making abilities. At the end of the process, 25 students were selected and were awarded mock job offer letters.

Strong Outcomes and Student Achievement

The results of the Samarthya Bodh at TMIMT reflected the effectiveness of the initiative. Among the selected candidates, 3 students received mock offers of 10 LPA, 9 students received 6 LPA, and 13 students received 4 LPA packages.
