Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU) organised the RSS Yuva Vidyarthi Samvad on its campus with the participation of more than 600 students from different faculties and academic disciplines. The programme was organised under the aegis of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and focused on youth awareness, discipline, social responsibility and the role of young people in nation-building.

Students Took Part in the Interactive Session

The programme began with Saraswati Vandana and Vande Mataram. During the session, students were introduced to the history and working methods of RSS and its activities related to social service. The speakers also discussed the responsibilities of young people towards society and the importance of discipline, awareness and positive thinking.

The session was designed to encourage students to think about their role in the development of society and the country. More than 600 students participated in the programme and listened to the discussions with interest.

Question-Answer Session Encouraged Student Participation

An interactive question-and-answer session was also organised as part of the RSS Yuva Vidyarthi Samvad. Students asked questions on different topics and received information from the speakers. The session gave students an opportunity to express their views and understand different aspects of social responsibility and nation-building.

The programme was conducted by Dr. Pawan Jain and was organised under the coordination of the Director, Student Welfare, TMU, Prof. Dr. M.P. Singh. Anand, Sah Prant Pracharak of RSS Meerut Prant, and Surendra Pal Singh, Vibhag Sanghchalak, were present as speakers.

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam's Life Was Highlighted

The inspiring life and achievements of Bharat Ratna and former President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, were also discussed during the programme. His journey from a modest background to becoming a leading scientist and the President of India was presented as an example for students.

Students were encouraged to learn from his dedication, hard work, knowledge and commitment to the nation. His contributions to DRDO and ISRO were also highlighted. The discussion focused on how determination, continuous effort and a sense of responsibility could help young people achieve their goals.

Focus on Youth and Social Responsibility

The programme placed emphasis on developing awareness, social responsibility and a positive outlook among students. They were encouraged to contribute to society while working towards their personal and professional growth.

The RSS Yuva Vidyarthi Samvad provided students with an opportunity to discuss ideas related to discipline, social responsibility and the role of youth in nation-building. The programme concluded with the national anthem, “Jana Gana Mana,” and students participated with enthusiasm.
