National Webinar on “Space or Space Out”

Under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) R.N. Krishnia (Director-CTLD), centre for teaching, learning and development organized a national webinar on “Space in or Space out- 7 Mantras to build up relationships” dated 31st July 2021 at 4 PM.
In the welcome address, Prof. Krishnia introduced the resource person Ms. Parul Malik to the participants. He connected with the participants deeply by storytelling and shared his valuable inputs about VUCA World & LPG concept that are essential components of 21st century skills.
The eminent speaker Ms. Parul Malik who is an Emotional Empowerment Coach & a well known Counsellor, covered the theme by conducting an exclusive talk on relationship building. She introduced a step-by-step guide to strengthen our relationship with others and self. In her address she advised the participants to communicate effectively with others to avoid misunderstanding and misinterpretation. In order to maintain a healthy relationship one needs to spend quality time with the family members and help each other in adverse situations. She also suggested that regardless of our busy schedule, we should follow our hobbies and interests to keep ourselves highly motivated and energized. She also added that While a great deal of emphasis in our society is put on talking, if you can learn to listen in a way that makes another person feel valued and understood, you can build a deeper, stronger connection between you.
Diving deep into the subject matter she said that even in a healthy relationship, you’ll have occasional disagreements and feel frustrated or angry with each other from time to time. That’s completely normal. It doesn’t mean your relationship is unhealthy. What matters the most is how you address conflict. If you can talk about your differences politely, honestly, and with respect, you’re on the right track.
Her interactive session with real life examples and wholeheartedly participation of the stakeholders were the centre of attraction of this exclusive event.
In the closing ceremony of the national webinar that witnessed 500 + participation from across the country, the coordinator & moderator of the event, Mr. Rajneesh Tiwari (Senior Trainer- Soft Skills, CTLD) expressed his sincere and heartfelt gratitude to the resource person and participants for making this event a grand success.
