ARRIVEDERCI 2K19

On 19th April, 19, a colorful and memorable farewell party entitles ARRIVEDERCI 2K19 was organized by the College of Computing Sciences and Information Technology (CCSIT), TMU for the BCA Final Year students. The farewell party was successful self-funded initiative by the BCA First Year students for their fantastic seniors. It was a full day event and was held in the University Auditorium. All the funding collection, practice of programs, banner designing and printing and support to all the coordinators and organizing committee was assisted and guided by the BCA course coordinator Dr. Ambuj Agarwal. His constant guidance and efforts kept students energetic and motivated in making the party a great success.

In this mega event of power-packed performances and amazing party Prof. Rakesh Kumar Mudgal (Vice Chancellor), Prof. Raghuvir Singh (Pro-Vice Chancellor), Dr. Vivek Raman (Registrar), Dr. Aditya Kr. Sharma (Jt. Registrar-Governance) were invited as the guests for the event and were accompanied by HOD Dr. Ashendra Saxena and CCSIT faculty members. The juniors enthusiastically took part in organizing ARRIVEDERCI 2K19. It was delighted to see juniors organizing as well as participating in performances along with the seniors to show their versatility and regards for the seniors and making this special day for them really memorable.

As all the dignitaries and chief guests arrived, there was a colorful welcome followed by lamp lighting ceremony. It was accompanied by a melodious saraswati vandana, hailing the goddess of knowledge and wisdom. These events followed by a bouquet presentation to all esteemed guests. Everyone among the audience was enlighted with the welcoming speech and wise-words of all the invited guests. It gave the program a wonderful start.

The first performance of the event started with a jaw-dropping Ganesh Vandana. The audience was amused by the powerful dance by the group. Following the Ganesh Vandana came a series of roller-coaster ride for all the audiences as they were presented with superb solo dance performance, after which a group dance by girls was performed to set the stage on fire. Then came an inspiring short story followed by an energetic rap song. All these performances were hosted and entertained by super talented anchors which held the audience cheerful by interacting with them & throwing them with tricky questions. The audience was awestruck when they witnessed a wonderful comedy play portraying all the fun, masti & dhamaal students do in their college life.

The program carried on with astonishing singing and dance performances. Audience also enjoyed the pleasing poem recitation as it was truly heart touching. After all these power-packed performances and wonderful coordination by the backstage and discipline volunteers and active audio-video section, a lunch break of 45 minutes was organized in the college campus for all the BCA 1st and 3rd year students.

Everyone enjoyed and praised the delicious feast and had a rollicking time. After the lunch, the most awaited program of event began: the Mr. & Miss farewell round. All the participants put their 100% to look the best and showed us a wonderful ramp walk as the 1st round. The boys looked stunning and the girls were really captivating. The Mr. & miss farewell program challenged the participants with a daring 2nd round in which they were given random funny tasks to show their talents and entertain the audience. The 3rd round ended with a question-answer round. The jury members consisted of Mrs. Surbhui Madan, Mrs. Megha Sharma, Mrs. Inderjeet and Mr. Naveent Vishnoi 2. The titles awarded to the winners were namely Mr. & Miss farewell, Mr. & Miss charming and a star of the event. The audience cheered with joy and enthusiasm by clapping and shouting for the winners of the titles.

The winner of Mr. & Miss Farewell was entitled to Deepanshu Motala and Stuti Tandon. Mr. & Miss Charming were bagged by Km Kubaib and Tanya, The Star of the Event was awarded to Shahalam. Everyone enjoyed thoroughly and had a rollicking time as the program concluded with an energetic group dance by all the audience on the stage. At the end, gifts were presented to all the seniors by their loving juniors to make this day memorable forever. The event wrapped up by six in the evening and everyone witnessed this remarkable day, enjoyed and clicked selfies together and made memories on the day of farewell with a promise and hope to meet each other soon. The party was successfully celebrated between the 1st and 3rd year students with a constant guidance of all the faculties, hard-working and dedicated students, print media, electronic media, anchors, participants, volunteers and cheerful audience. The juniors bid their seniors a farewell with a hope to see them soon.
