31 TMU Students Secure Jobs in Lenskart Placement Drive
Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU), Moradabad, achieved another placement milestone as 31 students from the College of Paramedical Sciences (Optometry Department) were successfully placed during the Lenskart Placement Drive, organised under the IIC Calendar Activity.
The drive, which included a pre-placement talk followed by interviews, aimed to familiarise students with Lenskart’s operations, recruitment process, career growth opportunities, and innovative practices.
Insightful Pre-Placement Talk by Lenskart HR Team
The session witnessed the presence of Kuldeep Singh Negi, Senior Human Resource Officer at Lenskart, along with his team. He delivered an engaging talk on “LensLead: Career and Innovation”, where he discussed:
- The work culture and operational model of Lenskart
- Various job profiles and responsibilities
- The recruitment process and selection criteria
- Long-term career growth prospects in the eyewear industry
The session enabled students to gain valuable industry insights and understand the professional pathways available in the field of Optometry and Vision Care.

Following the pre-placement session, final-year students underwent the interview process, resulting in the selection of 31 candidates for various roles at Lenskart.

The event was graced by Dr. Navneet Kumar, Principal of the College of Paramedical Sciences, and Rakesh Kumar Yadav, Head of the Optometry Department, whose guidance played a crucial role in the success of the drive.
They were joined by faculty members Pinaki Adak, Shreya Thakral, Anjali Rani, Saurabh Singh Bisht, and Siddhant Shukla.
