Events for Local Farmers and Food Producers

Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU) is committed to supporting local agriculture and food producers by facilitating knowledge-sharing, capacity building, and sustainable practices. TMU organizes regular events, workshops, and exhibitions to connect students, researchers, and the local farming community. These activities strengthen food security, local economy, and sustainable agriculture, aligning with SDG 02 – Zero Hunger, particularly UN Target 2.a, which promotes investment in rural infrastructure, technology, and capacity building.
