17.2.3: International collaboration data gathering for SDG
Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU) actively contributes to SDG-17: Partnerships for the Goals by engaging in international collaborations focused on data collection, analysis, and monitoring of Sustainable Development Goals. The University participates in cross-border academic networks, global research forums, and collaborative studies that support the systematic measurement of SDG indicators. Faculty and researchers from TMU work alongside international experts to develop robust methodologies for tracking progress in areas such as public health, environmental sustainability, digital inclusion, gender equity, and quality education.
TMU’s participation in global research initiatives strengthens comparative analyses and enhances the reliability of SDG-related datasets. The University contributes to international surveys, multi-country research projects, and evidence-gathering exercises that inform global policy development. Its academic departments engage in joint research publications, open-data platforms, and knowledge-sharing partnerships with universities and institutions abroad, ensuring the flow of transparent and high-quality data.

international academic consortia, TMU promotes dialogue on improved SDG measurement frameworks and
capacity building in data governance. The University’s involvement ensures that regional perspectives,
