TMU Empowers Female Health with Awareness Camp on Hygiene and Pregnancy Care
Teerthanker Mahaveer University’s Department of Physiotherapy took a significant step in promoting female health. In collaboration with the National Service Scheme (NSS), an awareness camp was organized on Female Hygiene and Pregnancy Care in Philander Sultanpur Village.

Camp Details and Objectives
The camp was led by Dr. Harish Sharma, Associate Professor in the Department of Physiotherapy. It saw active participation from the Masters of Physiotherapy (4th semester) and BPT 1st and 2nd-year students. The event aimed to educate and empower approximately 50 females in the village about maintaining personal hygiene during their menstrual cycle and the essential care required during pregnancy.
