Boot Camp Campus to Corporate Training at TMU
TMU’s Centre for Teaching, Learning, and Development (CTLD), in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Sciences (FOE & CCSIT), organized a 15-day Exclusive Boot Camp (Campus to Corporate Training) in August 2021 for final-year students of various programmes such as MCA, BCA, B.Sc. (CS), and B.Tech (all streams).
This customized boot camp was designed after extensive research of the top corporate recruitment processes and aimed at transforming students into “ready-to-deploy professionals” for their future workplaces. During the inaugural ceremony, Mr. Vikram Raina, Assistant Director-CDC, welcomed the chief guest, Prof. (Dr.) Raghu Veer Singh, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, TMU, along with Dr. Aditya Sharma, Registrar; Prof. (Dr.) R. N. Krishna, Director-CTLD; trainers from CTLD; and all participating students. He expressed gratitude to the CTLD department for organizing a training programme that enhances students' employability skills and enables them to qualify for selection processes across multiple organizations.

The sessions empowered TMU students with the necessary competencies to qualify for corporate recruitment and competitive examinations.
Training modules included practical sessions on resume and cover letter writing, group discussions, personal interviews, corporate etiquette, grooming, communication, and analytical problem-solving topics like permutation, probability, syllogism, and speed-distance-time.
