Some key suggestions from industry were:

Institutions must work to change
the attitude of students focusing for next five years ahead
-
Teachers/Faculty must be trained
and updated with latest technology to properly mentor students for which they
should spend the summer vacation in industry to update with changes. Similarly
industry should also send their technical staff to institutions to interact with
students and faculty.
-
Students must have the mind set to
work in a 24x7 environment.

industrial job project to work in real environment in each semester so that they
learn skills and are familiar with industry environment
-
More emphasis should be given to
enforce discipline among students like in military.

industry hence required in good number.
-
Industry requires energetic
engineers who: FEEL - FIT and FINISH projects on time
-
Gap between and theory and
practical must be minimized to produce effective engineers/ managers.
-
For effective learning students
