The Indian economy is poised for an annual growth of over 9% for next few years. To realize this phenomenal growth, massive investment is being made both by the Government and Private Sector in infrastructure development, industry and other sectors of economy. Needless to say, such growth requires well trained and multi-skilled engineers. There is a vast gap in the availability of such human resource and the requirement. The College of Engineering, Teerthanker Mahaveer University was established in 2008 to bridge this gap. It aims to impart Knowledge and train budding engineers in major disciplines of engineering and then groom and develop them into well qualified and professional engineers. To make them much more acceptable by the industry not only in India but globally, the College of Engineering also gives its students exposure on project management, economics, law, entrepreneurship, finance, human resource development, industrial psychology, infrastructure related aspects, team work, leadership and business management. A great emphasis is also given towards improving communication skills, both written and spoken, personality development and industrial culture.
